INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUST
1 cup Croqui (processed);
2 teaspoon light Margarine.

DIRECTIONS
Mix well both ingredients. Using the tip of your fingers, press the mixture onto the bottom of a small round greased springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes in moderate oven.

FOR THE FILLING
150g (5.3oz) cottage cheese;
150g (5.3oz) ricotta cheese;
2 whipped egg whites;
4 tablespoons sweetener powder;
Juice from 1/2 lime;
2 cups cooked strawberries.

DIRECTIONS
Mix the strawberries and lime and cook to full boil. Let it cool, drain it and set aside, including the syrup.
Place the cottage and ricotta cheese in blender and blend until creamy. Add the sweetener, the egg whites and the cooked strawberry.

ASSEMBLING
Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust and bake it for 40 minutes. Let it cool and remove the rim of pan. Decorate with fresh strawberries cut to half. Heat the syrup and pour it over to serve.
Preparation time: 1 hour.
Servings: 10 servings (175 calories each).

INGREDIENTS
350 g (12.3oz) açaí pulp;
1 cup guarana syrup (60 ml);
Granola Croqui to taste;
2 bananas or the pulp of your fruit of choice.

DIRECTIONS
Put the bananas or fruit of choice in a blender. Add the 60ml of guarana syrup. Blend well until smooth. Then, add the açai pulp little by little. Blend carefully until creamy. Serve in bowl. Scrape Croqui Granola on top. You can also add pieces of your fruit of choice.
Raisin and
Granola Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Croqui;
2 cups all purpose flour;
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened;
3/4 brown sugar;
1 teaspoon baking soda;
1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
2 eggs;
1 cup raisins without seeds;
1/2 cup unsalted toasted peanut, cut up in big pieces.

DIRECTIONS
Pre heat the oven to 190° (374F). Put all the ingredients, except the raisins and peanut, in a big bowl. With an electric mixer, beat them in low speed until smooth. In medium speed, beat for 2 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Stir in the raisins and peanuts until incorporated. Drop by large spoonfuls onto pan, about 2 inches (5cm) apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown on the edges. Let it cool for 1 minute, then take them from the pan and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
Keep the cookies in a jar with a lid for up to a week.
CHOCOLATE AND CROQUI COOKIES
Prepare the mixture following the instructions for the cookies with raisin and Croqui, but substitute the raisins for 6,34oz (180g) of chopped bittersweet chocolate (1cup).

Prepare the mixture following the instructions for the cookies with raisin and Croqui, but substitute the raisins for 1 cup of chopped dates without seeds.

Orange Pie
with Croqui
INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER
1 cup Croqui Honey;
4 tablespoons honey;
2 teaspoons margarine.

DIRECTIONS
In a processor add the cereal and honey. Pulse for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Use the margarine to grease a 6 inch springform pan and cover the bottom with the batter. Wrap the pan with cling film and refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
1 envelope unflavored gelatin;
2 tablespoons orange juice;
2 cups light yogurt;
3 tablespoons sugar;
1 tablespoon orange zest.

INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING
1/2 cup Croqui Honey.

DIRECTIONS
In a glass bowl put the gelatin and Orange juice. Let it hydrate for 4 minutes. Then cook in hot water bath for 5 minutes or until it is dissolved. Remove from heat, pour it on a bowl and add the yogurt, sugar and the orange zest. Whisk for 1 minute.
After that, spread the filling over the batter and wrap the pan with cling film. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the filling is set. When serving, scrape the cereal on top. Each serving contains 3g (0.10oz) fiber.

Also try this cereal with ice cream and fruit salad.
Whole
Banana Pie
1 cup whole wheat flour;
1 cup Frusli;
1 cup brown sugar;
1/3 cup oil (sunflower, canola or alike);
2 egg whites.

FOR THE FILLING
Approximately 1/2 dozen ripe bananas;
Cinnamon powder.

FOR THE TOPPING
1 cup Croqui;
1/3 cup Brown sugar;
1/4 cup Milk.

DIRECTIONS
Mix the flour, Frusli and sugar in a bowl. Put half of this mixture in a greased baking pan and press I down using your fingers. Cut the bananas into slim slices and spread them over the pie, sprinkle cinnamon and, to moisture, drizzle with the egg white diluted with a little water.
Repeat the same steps: add the rest of the batter, press it and cover the pie with another layer of banana. Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle with the egg white again, as done before. Finally, add the mixture of Croqui, brown sugar and milk. Put it in pre-heated oven and bake it at medium heat for approximately 30 minutes.

This is a very nutritious pie, rich in fibers, vitamins and minerals. Apart from all the whole-grain ingredients in the recipe, it contains banana which is rich in B6 and C vitamin and potassium.
